When I am asked what is the best book that I have ever read, Juego el Ahorcado Biblico has always been one of my top choices. It's a beautifully written novel and is very entertaining. Juego del Bosque, who was a Mexican conquistador of the Old Mexico empire, was also known as the "Carpenter of the Sun" because of his skill and expertise in building large Spanish style buildings. He was a man that many people would like to emulate in their own lives if they had the ability to do so. His writings are so captivating that I just wanted to read more about him, which is how the novel was started.

One thing that I found interesting is that it is written as if you are in a small town that you visit, but then goes on to tell the story in English.
